Position Description

CloudBase Services is seeking a talented contractor with Salesforce experience to serve non-profit and for-profit customers with creative ideas and flawless execution. This is a long term assignment. The work will be less than 10 hours per week. Some weeks there may be no work.

• Articulate clients’ business process and translate into concise requirements
• Provide best practice knowledge on business processes and configuration expertise
• Design the best solution to solve each customer’s problems
• Review, develop and execute plans to address user requirements and increase engagement with Salesforce application
• Set and meet project deadlines 
• Participate in team meetings

Experience Needed

• 5+ years of experience working as an admin with the Salesforce product in a larger complex organization OR 3+ years of experience at other Salesforce consulting firm
• Salesforce Admin Certification with additional certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects to a budget and scope
• Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation
• Humor, intelligence, excellent communication skills
